cold rolling
The processing method of cold-rolled products is similar to that of hot-rolled products, but an additional step is added to achieve more accurate surface dimensions of the steel. After cooling, the steel is passed through a rolling mill again to change its surface area. Cold rolled products are most suitable for projects that require smooth service, well-defined edges and corners, such as household appliances. The only drawback of cold-rolled metal is that it requires greater pressure compared to hot-rolled steel because the ductility of the cooled steel is poor.

In addition, we can cut the large size steel plates base on your requirements, We can do the surface processing including milling and grinding. We can also do the processing including making holes or making angle degrees or welding based on your drawing.
For the sheet under 30mm thick, we mainly cut the sheets by laser; for the sheets over 30mm thick, mainly OXY-cutting. For sheets over 200mm thick, mainly flaming cutting, because the temperature is very high during the flame cutting, and the cutting parts steel plate might be broken at the angle, then our workers will repair the angles to be in good condition.
