Features of Industrial Aluminum Foil
Good surface performance. The foil has clean surface with uniform color and flat shape. For O temper foil, foil is well annealed so that the surface tension is good.
Raw material of GYJ's industrial foil is made from international first class alu foil stock. The raw materials have stable mechanical performance and good processability.
Numbers of splice, pinhole can reach the advanced level. Mechanical properties including foil's elongation, tensile strength, wettability, our team will control them according to customers' requirements. If customers do not have exact requests, we will follow our national standard according to the foil's specifications.
Packaging Method and Delivery
The finished aluminum foil will be wrapped by PE films first. Then we will put some desiccants into the packing film. And then wrap another layer plastic film and foam to well protect the foil to avoid damage or oxidization during the transportation. After wrapping, the foil rolls will be packed in export standard wooden cases. Usually there will have 1-6 rolls in one case. Next step, the cases will be sent to the warehouse waiting for being loaded in containers or trucks.
